I have a plan! I'm going to sell the air from above my property. I don't need it anymore, and when I ran out of supply I'll sell the property and make a sizable profit. My strategy is, -I won't tell anyone that is polluted, they don't see the difference anyway.
No matter how much I try to keep it clean someone in the neighborhood messes it up with cigarette smoke, smelly barbeque cookout, or an unnecessary bonfire at night, to impress visiting friends.

I know for a fact that the establishment sooner or later will charge for the air we breathe, as it did with several other things which were free before. It is just prudent from my part to take precedent an use this brilliant opportunity before is too late.
In humanity's prehistory the land was free to take. No mater where we set our feet, that's where our home was. Now, you think you bought a home, but you pay rent to a self declared landlord for the postage stamp it sits on. We always knew, and if you didn't, this is a reminder that this beautiful globe is been given to us for free. The land provided shelter and nourishment with abundance, as gift to be enjoyed by everyone, and no landlord in sight. Now you can only eat the food that is been shipped to your supermarket, modified, unripe and full of unhealthy chemicals.
You may argue, this is just how evolution works, and being a citizen has both, it's drawbacks and advantages. You see, you think that, because your leash is still long enough and your collar isn't that tight. Besides, you been told that the leash is the advantage, and the drawbacks are, well, just fake news. But just wait a little and that all is going to change, and even barking will be restricted.
Change is only good though if it's for the better.
So, about my air for sale plan. I get hundreds of containers and shopping bags from my grocery store whenever I go shopping for anything. All I need to do is just empty, and label them with the right price. Bigger the container the higher the price. This way I can practically 'hit two birds with one stone'; get rid my unwanted plastic shit, and sell quality air to my dumb customers. Now, about the little holes on some of the containers and grocery bags. I will convince everyone that they are just practical measures my environmentally conscious air business uses to keep the product fresh longer.
To grow the business, soon I will introduce scented air from different areas of my property like; the rose garden, the vegie patch, storage shed, pantry, from the composter and the bathroom, for more demanding consumers.
I know my idea is not new! There is already fears competition in air business, but my idea is unique in that I don't even have to leave my property for some dangerous mountaintop, and the air I sell is divers!
I really have to get this patented before anybody else does. The infrastructure for the business is already in place, in front of the driveway, in form of a stand, like kids have, selling lemonade. Collection of cash is solved with a high-tech equipment, like a pickle jar, and the delivery of goods is on a self-serve basis. So get your air, leave the cash and get off my property! Brilliant, -Aeh?
As a matter of fact some businesses already sell air! Just a warning, -next time you shop, buy everything in bulk! The container size is the same, the price is higher, but the dozen is now only ten pieces, the rest is air. So buy in bulk, leave their shitty air behind to deal with!
I admit, this is not a get-rich-quick scheme, but my efforts are genuine and harmless. It could be my chance to afford a ticket into space, although this is not my priority. I would instead invent ...hmmm?...a big air filter to purify the air all over the globe.
Next time you take a breath just remember, we breathe air other entities used for billions of years, and drink the same water life evolved from, billions of years ago. Our planet somehow always managed, miraculously, to take care of it.
